OHL Rookie defender who needed no adjustment time to be an offensive cog and a physical defender. He was injured in February. And although he needs to improve his positioning and defensive awareness, and reactions as a defender, he nonetheless has very good skating ability and offensive skills. Has good vision, makes hard accurate passes while breaking out in transition. Reads the offensive zone well. Has a long explosive stride allows him to close gaps quickly and is effortless in his pivots. He displays good torque on his stick and can really let his shots fly. The team that drafts him may have to wait until the chinks are hammered out of his armor, but he should hear his name called.
