Imaginative pivot with excellent vision and hockey IQ who is at his best when set up on the half wall on the power-play. A really strong playmaker but lacks quickness and straightaway speed to aid his work in the other two zones. Looks off potential targets of his passes to hide his intention. Hold pucks strong on his blade and will fight for position in traffic in the prime territory near the crease. Gets lots behind his shots. Handles hard passes. Dekes goalies down and out.
