Diminutive centre-forward who has four-direction quickness, good vision, and high playmaking skills. This Pittsburgh native is especially effective on the power play, but is a game breaker, using his acelelation and top gear to to elude pursuit and angle laterally to catch the defender in fromt of him flat-footed in one on ones.
–Bill Płaczek–
He accelerates on receptions and chains moves like stick lifts, turns, and saucer feeds in an instant. His game is full of creative, unexpected offensive patterns; he attracts defensive pressure and makes plays through layers. He doesn’t overhandle the puck, opting for give-and-goes and early passes after gaining the zone. -EliteProspects 2021 NHL Draft Guide
